Atelier THiRD is a publisher and a team of editorial designers. The company
has been founded in 1997.
In our publications we aim to translate foreign literature as well as art and dance to introduce new movements of different cultures.
Our company based on an editorial team of "TH Series" magazine, that has been first published at 1980 (and now we are publishing this magazine twice a year). We present/take part in some conventions and lecture meetings around literature and culture (or subculture).
From 1999, we began to translate foreign TRPGs ("Tabletalk Role Playing Game" we call in Japan, aka table-top roleplaying game) into Japanese.
Our first translation was "Vampire: The Masquerade 2nd Edition Revised" (White Wolf Game Studio) and "Werewolf: The Apocalypse 2nd Ed. Rev.", "Mage: The Ascension 2nd Ed. Rev."(WWGS) in successive years, as well as "Hero Wars" from Issaries, Inc. (of course we have translated some supplements during this period).
We'd like to introduce and translate wonderful cultural movements into
Japanese, so we eagerly want to hear new information from foreign countries.
If you are kind enough to send us a information of newly released products
or a press release, we'll introduce those in our magazines as possible.
